Attention APT Users

There are 2 known issues with the new Access Provisioning Tool:

Symptom: First-time login for new users may have to login twice. Some users get an error saying you are not authorized to access this system.
Work-around: Close browser and reopen, go to the APT home page, select request access, and login again. If you still cannot get in, please call EAST @ 621-4214.

Symptom: Unable to submit a saved request after a user has completed prereq training. The date for the completed prereq is posted on the screen but doesn?t update internally.
Work-around: You must cancel the request and go through the request process again.

The tech-team is aware of these problems and is working to resolve them. Please call EAST with any questions or concerns @ 621-4214 or email us at
